The storage areas and testing centers are equipped with ESD dissipative flooring, and Deli Electronic reinforces ESD protection awareness by providing comprehensive training for all team members. We ensure that every product delivered to customers is an original, high-quality electronic component with full functionality.

Preliminary Warehousing and Quality Registration

Deli Electronic utilizes both software and hardware solutions to conduct preliminary warehousing and registration for incoming shipments:

·  Supplier information verification and external inspection of shipping cartons

·  Manufacturer labels, barcodes, and date codes verification

· Country of origin, environmental compliance marks, and Moisture Sensitivity Level (MLS) identification

· Outer packaging types: complete Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) packaging, original manufacturer packaging, third-party packaging

· Inner packaging types: reel, tray, tube, bulk, bag, etc.

· Deli Electronic has invested in a range of testing equipment and tools to support our quality control team. These devices help enhance quality standards and enable inspectors to identify cosmetic defects and counterfeit components before products reach customer warehouses.
